Join WCF member NICE in a CALL TO ACTION/SOLIDARITY in the trial against Harco Construction, the general contractor under indictment for recklessly causing the death of Carlos Moncayo, a 22-year old Ecuadorian immigrant worker at its construction site in the meatpacking district on April 19th, 2015.
The trial is scheduled to start Monday, May 16th at 9 A.M. at 111 Centre Street Part 52. The opening statements are set to begin either May 17th or May 18th at 9 a.m. The trial is expected to last two to three weeks. As a reminder, criminal court proceedings are open to the public and anyone may attend any of these criminal proceedings.
